DESTINATION WEDDING TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Additional Costs
  • Travel Expenses:

  • All travel-related expenses (flights, train, or car mileage) must be covered by the Client. Travel costs will be invoiced based on the actual cost or as per the agreed-upon estimate.

  • Travel from the airport to the accommodation and back must also be covered by the Client.

  • Accommodation:

  • Accommodation must be provided by the Client. If this is not feasible, accommodation costs will be added to the invoice.

  • Accommodation must be within a reasonable distance from the wedding venue (e.g., 30 minutes).

  • Meals:

  • Meals for the Supplier(s) must be provided for all days requiring travel and service.

 

2. Waiting Time & Delays
  • Waiting Charges:

  • If services are delayed beyond the agreed timeline due to the Client, additional waiting time fees will apply £25 per hour.

  • Lost Luggage or Delayed Flights:

  • The Supplier is not responsible for delays caused by lost luggage or flight cancellations. Alternative arrangements may be made at an additional cost if applicable.

 

3. Schedule Adjustments & Cancellations
  • Reduction in Services:

  • If the Client cancels services for herself, bridesmaids, or any other party members less than 3 months prior to the wedding, the full payment for the canceled services will still apply.

  • The Client may substitute another individual in place of the canceled service at no additional cost.

  • Cancellation Policy:

  • If the wedding is canceled or postponed, a refund or credit will depend on the timing of the cancellation:

  • Full refund refund if canceled 24 weeks prior to the date.

  • 50% Refund if cancelled 16 weeks prier to the date.

  • No refund for cancellations within 12 weeks or later .

  • Force Majeure:

  • The Supplier is not liable for events outside their control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or travel restrictions.

 
4. Services Provided at the Destination
  • Touch-Ups and Waiting Time:

  • On-the-day touch-ups or extended presence (second look) during the wedding will incur an additional fee of £150.

  • If the Client requests the Supplier will remain at the venue from the start of the ceremony until the second look or touch ups needed (waiting time £25 per hour).

 

5. Client's Responsibilities
  • Schedule Adherence:

  • The Client must ensure that all individuals receiving services adhere to the agreed schedule. Delays will incur additional charges.

  • The Client is responsible for providing a clean and quiet work environment.

 

6. Suppliers Responsibilities
  • The Supplier will arrive prepared with all necessary tools and products unless limited by airline luggage restrictions or unforeseen events (e.g., lost luggage).

  • In the event of luggage being lost or delayed, the artist will attempt to procure replacement items, but this may lead to additional costs or modifications to the agreed services.

 

7. Payment Terms
  • Deposit:

  • A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.

  • Full payment is required 12 weeks before the event.

  • Currency Exchange and Transaction Fees:

  • All payments must be made in British pounds. Additional charges may apply for international payments.

8. Travel Insurance
  • The Client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover potential issues, such as flight cancellations or lost luggage, as these are not the Suppliers responsibility.
