1. Securing Your Booking & Payment

The date of the event is only reserved once the client has paid a non-refundable deposit to the supplier and received a booking confirmation.
Payments can be made by cash or via bank transfer.
An initial non-refundable deposit of £100 is to be paid by the client to the supplier so that the date of the event may be reserved. Upon final agreement and payment, the deposit will then be deducted from the final payment.
If, following the trial, the client decides not to proceed with the supplier, the supplier must be given notice within 24 hours, in which case the deposit will be fully refunded.
The final fee must be paid in full by the client no later than four weeks before the event unless otherwise agreed with the supplier.
Failure to pay the fee within the stated time may result in the event being cancelled by the supplier.
Events taking place on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday between May and September are subject to a £700 minimum spend on the day, excluding trial, travel costs, and parking fees.
Events taking place on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday between October and April are subject to a £550 minimum spend on the day, excluding trial, travel costs, and parking fees.
If a rental of hair extensions has been agreed upon, a deposit of £50 will be payable after the trial has been completed.
For larger bookings, assistants can be arranged for a minimum of three hair or makeup services. The assistant booking fee is £60 per assistant.
An invoice for the balance of the fee and the wedding day schedule will be sent from the supplier to the client after the trial unless the event is in less than two weeks’ time, in which case it will be sent immediately after the booking has been secured.

2. Discounted Rates

A 10% discount will be offered for weddings taking place in November, January, and February on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, excluding trial or travel costs.
A 15% discount applies to midweek weddings in November, January, and February, excluding trials and travel costs.

3. Bridal Trials

Trials take place in my home-based studio in Cambridge, Tuesdays to Thursdays only.
Payment for any trial shall be made in advance via bank transfer or alternatively in cash on the day of the trial. Payment is non-refundable after the service has been provided.
If, following the trial, the client decides not to proceed with the supplier, the supplier must be given notice within 24 hours, in which case the deposit will be fully refunded.
The client may cancel or reschedule a trial at any point; however, a trial cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the agreed rate.
For more information, please see the next page titled "About the Trial."

4. Responsibility of the Client

The client must inform the supplier of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes, but is not limited to, sensitivities, allergies, and medical conditions.
If the client or party requires a patch test for any products, this can be arranged before the event.
The supplier cannot be held liable for any losses or damage incurred due to the client’s failure to inform the artist of any known condition.
The supplier reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members of the party for, but not limited to, abusive or threatening behaviour and/or if the client reports a condition that the company and/or team member deems a risk to the client’s health and well-being. In these cases, any payments already made by the client for the service are non-refundable.

5. Responsibility of the Supplier

The supplier will always endeavour to honour the agreement to the best of its ability.
There may be circumstances beyond the supplier’s control where a team member is unwell, delayed, or otherwise unavailable, sometimes at short notice. In such a case, the company will inform the client at the earliest convenience and endeavour to make suitable alternative arrangements where possible.
The supplier will provide additional artists according to the needs of the event and the number of services required. Payment for additional artists will be included in the initial price quote agreed upon. Additional charges may be added for travel and parking expenses.
